System configuration and customer training

JTF will work side-by-side with customers to understand their paper-based workflows and help streamline procedures with digital alternatives, including cost comparisons. Your JTFSystem Analyst will install any additional software as required, integrate, and test the solution to ensure a smooth roll-out within the customer’s organization.


Provide site back-up information

Train the customer’s IT staff on how to back-up (clone) and maintain the system.

Extended scanning services

Enable additional scan functions (Scan to File/SMB/Mailbox, Scan to non-standard Operating System) based on customer’s network.

Scan to Email functionality

Set-up SMTP information, user identification, and logon credentials (if scan to E-mail technology on the MFP is configured). Configure email directory (such as LDAP).

Configure the print driver

Configure, install, and test the device’s print driver on up to three workstations (PCs). Train customer’s IT staff on
driver installation as required. Load the driver on the customer’s server if required.
