Onsite Service or Advanced Exchange Service is available following remote diagnosis, which is conducted by a Dell technician either online or by phone. Depending on the diagnosis, you may be required to access the system’s internal components and participate in one or more extended support sessions.

If the issue is covered under the Limited Hardware Warranty and cannot be resolved remotely, a technician and/or replacement part will be dispatched—typically within 1 to 2 business days after the remote diagnosis is completed. Customers must return the original hardware to Dell in accordance with the return policy provided.

Onsite Service is delivered by Dell Marketing L.P. and availability may vary by location. Advanced Exchange Service provides a replacement unit after remote troubleshooting and also requires the return of the original hardware. Service availability depends on the country.
