Choose between On-site Service or Advanced Exchange Service after remote diagnosis for swift resolution of hardware issues. With On-site Service, a technician dispatched based on remote diagnosis may require customer access to the system and multiple sessions. If covered by the Limited Hardware Warranty, replacements or technician visits typically occur within 1 or 2 business days post-diagnosis. Original hardware must be returned to Dell as per specified rules. Alternatively, Advanced Exchange Service offers hardware replacement after remote diagnosis, subject to country availability.
