On-site Service, determined by online or phone technicians, may require customer access to the system and multiple sessions. If covered by the Limited Hardware Warranty and cannot be resolved remotely, a technician and/or replacement part will be dispatched within 1 or 2 business days after completing remote diagnosis. Original hardware must be returned to Dell as specified. On-site service is provided by Dell Marketing L.P, with availability varying. Advanced Exchange Service replaces hardware after remote diagnosis, with the original hardware to be returned to Dell as specified, subject to country availability.
